Administration
NIRD is governed by a 47-member General Council headed by the Union Minister for Rural Development as its President. A Fifteen-member Executive Council oversees the implementation of policies. The Academic Committee helps in planning the training and research programs. The Director General is the Chief Executive and heads the management team.
