Organize
national and international courses, workshops and seminars, ToT courses, on various
aspects of Organisational Development and Human Resource development for functionaries
of rural development, elected representatives and NGOs. The area of training would

motivation, personality development, rural education and its implications for rural
development

The center
has been conducting Research activities in the past and continuing in the present
on the area of Primary education, Impact evaluation of training programmes, Organisational
development and Women Entrepreneur Development, HRD Climate, and Stress Audit Competency
Mapping, Performance Management etc.
Consultancy
This is in the area of
organizational development and behavioral related issues , Gender
Empowerment , Change Management , Impact assessment of training programmes, participatory
development in rural organizations like SHGs, farmers organizations etc.
