OBJECTIVES: 1. To analyse the family welfare programme oriented IEC strategies and assess their effectiveness.2. To study the State IEC Bureaus and their functional relevance.3. to analyse the content and methods of IEC oriented current TOT courses, and suggest improved TOT curricula.
METHODOLOGY: Relevant documents, guidelines on IEC policy formulation and planning strategies relating to health, family welfare and RCH programmes will be analysed by using content analysis method.

OBJECTIVES 1. To examine the existing ICT applications at the grassroots level in RD sector; 2. To identify the limitations/constraints of ICT application;3. To identify the potential ICT applications in RD sector; and 4. To suggest the policy measures for optimizing the ICT application in RC sector.
METHODOLOGY: Information was collected through a structured questionnaire from the users of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services.

METHODOLOGY: Primary data were collected with the help of semi-structured schedule interview, discussions and observations. Secondary data were collected from available official records, field and project reports at different levels.
