In an interaction with the media, Joint Director of SIRD, V Shijoh, highlighted on the upcoming postgraduate diploma programme in Rural Development Management 2009, which will be launched by NIRD, Hyderabad. He added that a special module course with scholarship provision and other facilities would be availed for the unemployed youth/graduates of the north east.
