About Us:

State Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (SIPARD) is a composite training institute for public administration and rural development in Tripura. The Institute has come into existence in the year 1993 and since then it has involved in organising training programmes for State government officials, representatives of PRIs, members of NGOs etc. working in the State.

It is located near Camper Bazaar at A.D. Nagar in Agartala, which is about 5 Kms. away from the main town and 15 Kms. away from Agartala Airport. Adjacent to this institute there are three main training institutions namely:

Panchayati Raj Training Institution

Resurvey Training Institution

Co-operative Training Institution
